About the Program Acerca del Programa
TCBS offers three certificate tracks taught in Spanish by Dr. Ray Estenoz. Each track is made up of three sequential courses, and completing all three earns a certificate in that area of study. Courses are offered at Primera Iglesia Bautista in Concord during the college's quarterly academic calendar. TCBS ofrece tres programas de certificado impartidos en español por el Dr. Ray Estenoz. Cada programa está compuesto por tres cursos secuenciales, y al completar los tres, el estudiante obtiene un certificado en esa área de estudio. Los cursos se imparten en Primera Iglesia Bautista de Concord, como parte del calendario académico trimestral del colegio.

Dr. Ray Estenoz
Ray Estenoz grew up in Cuba and came to faith in Christ as a teenager. He pastored with the Western Baptist Convention of Cuba for over twenty years before relocating to the Bay Area, where he now serves in Hispanic ministry at Grace Bible Church in Pleasant Hill. He holds a Ph.D. from South Africa Theological Seminary and is devoted to equipping Spanish-speaking believers with sound, practical Bible teaching.
Ray Estenoz creció en Cuba y llegó a la fe en Cristo cuando era adolescente. Pastoreó con la Convención Bautista Occidental de Cuba por más de veinte años antes de mudarse al Área de la Bahía, donde ahora sirve en el ministerio hispano de Grace Bible Church en Pleasant Hill. Tiene un doctorado del South Africa Theological Seminary y se dedica a equipar a los creyentes de habla hispana con una enseñanza bíblica sólida y práctica.

Over the next five years, TCBS envisions growing this program into a full Bachelor of Arts track taught in Spanish, following the shape of our English-language B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies. This certificate program is the starting point for that vision, giving Spanish-speaking students a place to begin their theological training today.
En los próximos cinco años, TCBS tiene la visión de hacer crecer este programa hasta convertirlo en una Licenciatura en Artes (B.A.) completa impartida en español, siguiendo el modelo de nuestra Licenciatura en Estudios Bíblicos y Teológicos en inglés.
