Ron Prosise

Ron is the Executive Director of the Sacramento Region Baptist Network and the Command Chaplain for the California State Guard.  A veteran of the Iraq War, he was the senior military advisor for the Iraqi Ministry of Education, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.  He has been in pastoral ministry since 1990 and also served as a visiting professor for Grenada Institute of Theological Education, Instituto Biblico de Expositores Internacional in Honduras, and Kansas State University. He is the author of When Your World Shatters, and Preaching Illustrations from Church History. He and his wife Donna have two children.
