Derek is associate pastor and elder at Creekside Bible Church in Cupertino, CA and General Editor of WithAllWisdom.org. He has made contributions to academic and popular books, published book reviews and articles for various print and online journals, and presented papers at the Evangelical Theological Society national meetings. He is also the author of How to Pray for Your Pastor, Strong and Courageous: The Character and Calling of Mature Manhood, Fellowship with God: A Guide to Bible Reading, Meditation, and Prayer, and Solomon’s Great Commission: A Theology of Earthly Life. Derek lives with his wife and three children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
